Shin Seikatsu ("we" and "us") operates the website shinseikatsu.co. By placing an order through this Website, you agree to the terms outlined here, which are designed to protect both parties and set clear expectations about our services.
At Shin Seikatsu, we strive to maintain accurate stock counts on our website, but there may occasionally be discrepancies. If an item in your order is out of stock, we will fulfill the available items and contact you to determine whether you would prefer to wait for the back-ordered item to restock or receive a refund for the unavailable item.
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of the items in your order. Shipping payment will be collected at the time of purchase, and the final shipping cost will be displayed at checkout.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING
All orders made in the UAE before 2:00 PM (GST) will be delivered by the next business day. Orders placed after the cutoff time will be delivered the day after.
Free delivery is applicable on orders exceeding 1000 AED.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We offer international shipping to select countries, shipping charges for international orders will be calculated at checkout. All international orders will be delivered via DHL Express within 3-7 business days.
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with corresponding tracking information. The tracking number and progress can be found within the order details in your account, or on the carrier’s website.
Our standard order processing time is up to three business days. During peak periods, please allow additional processing time. Delays may result from payment authorizations, product availability, or customs processing, which could lead to longer delivery times. We appreciate your patience during these busy periods.
DAMAGED AND LOST ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at shop@shinseikatsu.co with your order number and clear photos of the damaged items. We’ll assist with a replacement or refund based on the situation.
For orders marked as delivered but not received, we recommend waiting 48 hours, as packages may be scanned prematurely. If you still haven’t received your order after this time, reach out to us, and we’ll help resolve the issue.
ADDRESS ISSUES
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before submitting your order. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
CANCELLATIONS
If you wish to cancel your order, you may do so any time before dispatch. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellations are not possible, and our refund policy will apply.
